Matt Kalil Vows Appeal After Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Against Ex-Wife Haley Baylee

Former NFL player Matt Kalil intends to appeal a judge's dismissal of his lawsuit against his ex-wife, model Haley Baylee. The lawsuit, filed over Baylee's public comments regarding their personal life and Kalil's anatomy, was dismissed Thursday.

"We are not going to comment at this time other than to say we intend to appeal this decision," Kalil's attorney, Ryan Saba of Rosen Saba LLP, told Page Six.

The judge ruled that Baylee's remarks were protected speech, as they pertained to her own life, marriage, and divorce – matters deemed of legitimate public concern. The comments in question were made in 2025 during an appearance on Twitch with streamer Marlon, where Baylee reportedly stated that Kalil's penis size was a significant factor in their divorce.
