Martha Stewart celebrated her 85th birthday by sharing a photo of herself in a hot tub at her Bedford, Connecticut, farm. The domestic guru posted the image from her 153-acre "Cantitoe Corners" property.
Stewart also received a "lovely celebratory message video" from a range of famous friends. Kris Jenner, along with her daughter Khloé Kardashian, sent birthday wishes. "Happy birthday, Martha!" Jenner said. "I'm so grateful for everything you've taught all of us. You are such an inspiration, and I love you."
Khloé Kardashian described Stewart as "the epitome of a girl's girl" who is "not a gatekeeper."
Comedian Chelsea Handler and podcaster Zarna Garg, broadcasting from Madrid, also sent a video message, calling Stewart "a legend."
New York Knicks point guard Jalen Brunson wished the lifestyle guru well, saying, "Hope your day goes amazing."
Music producer Benny Blanco, who is married to Selena Gomez, expressed his admiration, stating he wanted to "drink Martharitas with you until I can't even see anymore" and calling her a "wizard."
Chefs Gordon Ramsay, Guy Fieri, Eric Ripert, and Daniel Boulud, as well as the anchors on NBC's TODAY Show, were among the other well-wishers.
An early celebration took place on July 21 when Stewart's company, Marquee Brands, surprised her with a wine party and a large cream cake from Cipriani.
Stewart's most recent birthday gift came from her Hint partner Kyle Rush and his husband, Greg Goodwin, the owner of Gentlemen's Farmstead. She received three young silver pheasant females for her farm.
