The Chase star Mark Labbett and TV presenter Hayley Palmer were seen holding hands outside a London hotel on Monday, marking their first public appearance since confirming their rekindled relationship.

The couple appeared affectionate, laughing as they entered Labbett's car. Palmer wore a black mini-dress with a camel blazer and knee-high boots, while Labbett sported a black polo shirt, jeans, and a jacket.

Labbett, 61, confirmed last month that he and Palmer, 45, had gotten back together two years after an acrimonious split. He stated that he had won her back with Nando's meals, bingo outings, and a pair of Christian Louboutin heels. The pair had first sparked reunion rumors after Labbett shared a photo of them at Nando's.

Their previous relationship ended abruptly in May 2024 when Labbett reportedly ended it in a three-minute phone call, leaving Palmer reportedly feeling "completely crushed." The reunion occurred three months after Labbett spotted Palmer at London's St Pancras Station and realized he had made a mistake in ending their relationship. Palmer confirmed their reunion to the Daily Mail, stating they had been back together for three months.

Labbett recounted how he saw Palmer at St Pancras Station while he was in London for "The Chase Around The World." He was unable to approach her at the time but messaged her, leading to a lunch meeting where they realized they had missed each other.

The couple has been enjoying activities such as bingo dates and Labbett has gifted Palmer designer shoes. They previously dated in May 2023, following the failure of Labbett's attempt at an open marriage with his ex-wife, Katie Labbett.

Their romance ended about a year later, with Palmer suggesting Labbett ended it because he did not want to divorce his ex-wife. Labbett, however, indicated that the separation was due to him feeling too old for their lifestyle, preferring to stay in while Palmer enjoyed nights out.

Palmer previously described the split as a difficult period, but she sought counseling and focused on self-improvement, emerging as a "new person." Labbett noted her significant fitness transformation upon their reunion, commenting on how "ridiculously fit" she looked. He has also joined her for fitness swimming sessions.

The couple is maintaining a low-key approach to their rekindled romance, with no immediate plans for publicizing it on television programs. Palmer had previously stated in November that they were on good terms and had moved past their past relationship issues, remaining friends and focusing on their respective careers. An interview she had planned with Labbett for January was later cancelled when he pulled out due to unforeseen circumstances. At the time, she indicated that they would not dwell on their romantic past during the show, emphasizing their current friendship and her admiration for his professional achievements.
