Emma Thynn, the Marchioness of Bath, recently vacationed in St. Tropez, enjoying time at the famed Le Club 55. The 40-year-old was pictured in a black bikini while emerging from the sea, showcasing her physique.

This getaway follows a significant legal development for her family. Emma's husband, Ceawlin Thynn, the 8th Marquess of Bath, successfully obtained a High Court order allowing their nine-year-old son, Henry, to potentially inherit from family trusts valued at approximately £157 million. Henry was born via a surrogate in America.

The legal challenge centered on the trusts' pre-1970 common law definition of a child, which predates modern fertility treatments. Henry, who is genetically the son of Lord and Lady Bath, faced questions regarding his eligibility to benefit from these trusts.

Mr. Justice Matthews ruled in the High Court that it would be "unfair on Lord Bath and on Henry" to consider the boy not his father's son. The judge affirmed that Henry is the genetic child of Lord and Lady Bath and is treated as such by them and the public.

While Henry's older brother, John, aged 11, is set to inherit first due to primogeniture, the ruling allows for Henry to still be considered for a share of the family fortune. Ceawlin Thynn and Emma Thynn welcomed Henry in 2016 via a surrogate after Emma experienced a rare inflammatory condition during her first pregnancy.
