Emma Thynn, the Marchioness of Bath, was seen enjoying a day at the beach in St. Tropez on Friday. The 40-year-old was pictured at the iconic Le Club 55, dressed in a black floral bikini and a matching sarong.

Thynn, who also appeared on "Strictly Come Dancing," was seen relaxing on a sun lounger with a coconut water and went for a swim. She accessorized her swimwear with a Givenchy beach bag, a navy baseball cap, and sunglasses.

Le Club 55, founded in 1955, is known as a celebrity hotspot with a history dating back to Brigitte Bardot's film "And God Created Woman."

This summer outing follows a recent legal victory for Thynn's husband, Ceawlin Thynn, the 8th Marquess of Bath. He won a High Court bid to allow their nine-year-old son, Henry, to inherit a portion of his estimated £157 million fortune.

Henry was born via a surrogate in America in 2016, after Emma Thynn experienced complications during her first pregnancy. The legal challenge addressed Henry's eligibility to inherit from family trusts that used a pre-1970 definition of 'children,' which predates modern fertility treatments.

Mr. Justice Matthews ruled that it would be "unfair on Lord Bath and on Henry" to deny the boy his status as a son. The judge confirmed Henry is the genetic child of Lord and Lady Bath and is treated as such by his parents and the public. While Henry's older brother, John, 11, will inherit first due to primogeniture, the court's decision allows for Henry to be considered for a share of the fortune.

The court also permitted trustees the power to add Henry as a beneficiary, though exercising this power has been deferred to avoid potential U.S. tax issues, as Henry was born in the U.S.

Henry is reportedly the first member of the British aristocracy to be born via surrogacy.
