Actress Mandy Moore shared a bikini-clad selfie on Instagram, showcasing her figure and reflecting on her postpartum body. The 42-year-old posted the image to her 5.4 million followers, wearing a high-waisted, low-cut swimsuit from Left On Friday. In the mirror selfie, taken in her bathroom, Moore noted she was enjoying a "swim day" and "packing for a little getaway."

This comes weeks after Moore candidly discussed her body, including "loose skin," following three pregnancies in less than four years. She shared a clip on Instagram Stories wearing a sports bra and leggings, tugging at her skin and stating, "After 3 kids in 3 1/2 years, this is what my body is... Loose skin and all."

It comes after she opened up about her postpartum figure last month

Moore and her husband, musician Taylor Goldsmith, are parents to sons Gus, five, Ozzie, three, and daughter Lou, who will turn two in September. She also shared footage of a gym session with her personal trainer, expressing commitment to getting stronger. In June, Moore spoke on the "Not Skinny But Not Fat" podcast about the "toll" of raising three children in under four years, admitting she was "still emotionally recovering" but felt fortunate that her pregnancies were energetically easy and she did not suffer postpartum symptoms.

In a September 2025 interview with People magazine, Moore described raising her children as demanding but also "the greatest thing in the world." She noted the constant "moving parts" but embraced the experience, saying she and her husband felt it was a lot but they "wouldn't have it any other way."
