Authorities in Madera County, California, are seeking a man who was recorded on surveillance cameras defecating and exposing himself on the property of TLC Fellowship church. The incident occurred after 10:50 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.
The suspect, described as a white male with a crew cut, was seen wearing a bicycle helmet, an unbuttoned blue shirt, and black pants. He entered the locked church premises in the area of Monreal Road and Avenue 15.
