Emergency crews in Northeast Philadelphia successfully rescued a man from a manhole on July 18, 2026. The operation, which took place in the Bell's Corner neighborhood, required more than 30 minutes to complete. Firefighters and other emergency personnel worked to pull the individual to safety from the underground structure.
