Man in Biden Mask Eats Banana on Texas Doorstep, Police Issue Warning

A peculiar incident unfolded in Watauga, Texas, when an individual wearing a mask resembling President Joe Biden approached a home and was recorded eating a banana on the doorstep. The event, captured by a doorbell camera, prompted a response from local police and a subsequent warning about the potential dangers of pranks.
The video footage shows the unidentified person, also wearing a T-shirt with the word "FREEDOM," approaching the camera, touching it twice, and then consuming a banana before departing. The homeowner alerted Watauga police, who responded to the scene on the evening of October 18.
After reviewing the doorbell camera video, Watauga police determined that no crime had been committed. A search of the surrounding neighborhood did not locate the individual. Police stated that while the event did not result in criminal charges, such behavior, even if intended as a joke, can be perceived as threatening and potentially lead to dangerous confrontations.
Authorities emphasized the importance of exercising good judgment and urged residents to contact the police about concerning behavior rather than engaging directly with individuals. The police department noted that they have been made aware of social media posts describing similar sightings but have not received additional direct reports or identified any related incidents.
"The department also reminds the public that behavior perceived as threatening can lead to dangerous confrontations, potentially resulting in serious injury," police told Fox News Digital. They encouraged the public to report suspicious activity to the authorities.
