A 60-year-old man died after being beaten outside the Rainbow Station sex shop in Manhattan on Sunday night. Police arrested Imani McColley, 25, of Queens, and charged him with murder and two counts of robbery.
The assault occurred outside the establishment on Eighth Avenue, according to the New York Post. Cops said the victim was knocked to the ground and repeatedly struck in the head. The argument reportedly began inside the store, though police are investigating the incident as a potential robbery, as the victim's wallet was taken.
Emergency medical services transported the victim to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The investigation into the fatal beating is ongoing.
