A 25-year-old man died after jumping into a canal while fleeing police officers at Notting Hill Carnival, according to reports. The man, identified as Karnell Kelly, was pulled from the Grand Union Canal near a park in North Kensington, west London, on Monday night.
Paramedics provided CPR at the scene before transporting Kelly to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
