Man Dies After Being Struck by Vehicle in Queensland; Woman Arrested

A fatal incident occurred in Fernvale, Queensland, on Sunday evening when a 50-year-old man was struck and killed by a vehicle. Police were called to Stoneywood Street around 5:55 p.m. following reports of the collision.

Paramedics pronounced the man, a Fernvale resident, dead at the scene. Authorities have arrested a 45-year-old woman, who police stated was known to the deceased man, and she is currently cooperating with investigators. No charges have been filed at this time.
