Michael Phillips, 38, reported that a recent penis enlargement procedure performed in North Carolina was successful. Phillips, who previously claimed to have the world's smallest penis, underwent a three-hour operation on Monday where doctors injected his 0.38-inch penis with semi-permanent dermal filler to increase its girth.
Phillips stated that the procedure is successful, though he will have to wait approximately one week for swelling to subside before he can fully assess the results. He noted that his penis now remains external rather than retracting inward, and he is able to urinate freely. The goal of the operation was to address challenges he faced, including difficulties in sexual activity and the need to wear diapers for urination, which he attributed to his size.
Phillips raised $4,000 for the procedure through a GoFundMe campaign. He indicated his long-held desire to undergo the surgery due to the difficulties associated with having a very small penis.
He plans to return for booster shots in six months to maintain or further enhance his size, depending on how quickly the filler dissipates. Phillips may no longer hold the distinction of having the world's smallest penis if the enhancement significantly alters his size.
