A 24-year-old man, Dylan Hall, has been charged with four counts of rape following separate attacks on two women. The charges were laid on August 12.

Hall was arrested on suspicion of rape on August 11. This arrest followed reports of an attack near Chesterfield College in Derbyshire that occurred three days prior. A woman in her 20s reported this incident, prompting an immediate police investigation that led to Hall's apprehension.

Authorities also linked Hall to a previously reported rape that took place in Queen's Park, Chesterfield, on June 18, 2023. The victim in that case, a woman in her 40s, reported the attack in March 2026.

Of the four charges, one relates to the recent incident near Chesterfield College, while the other three are for the alleged rape in Queen's Park in 2023. Hall, who is from Chesterfield, Derbyshire, was remanded into custody. He appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court on August 13 and is scheduled for a further hearing at Derby Crown Court on September 10.
