Police arrested a 19-year-old man on Saturday evening for allegedly being found naked with an undressed 14-year-old girl in a vehicle at the David A. Sarnoff nature preserve in Riverside, New York. A Southampton town police officer on patrol discovered the pair shortly after 9 p.m. on Saturday.
The 14-year-old girl was also arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child. She was released with a desk-appearance ticket for a future court date.
Authorities have stated that investigators found no evidence suggesting Victor Elizade, the 19-year-old man, had sexually abused the teenager. The investigation into the incident has since been closed.
According to records, Elizade was previously arrested in June for allegedly operating a vehicle without a valid license.
