Los Angeles police arrested a man and his dog on Saturday night for trespassing at an actress Nia Long's Hollywood Hills home. Officers responded to a burglary report on Outpost Drive at approximately 9:40 p.m., according to a New York Post report.

Dramatic footage showed the suspect at the front door of the residence before officers ordered him to surrender. The man complied, descending the stairs and lying face down on the driveway where he was handcuffed. His dog was taken away on a leash.

The property belongs to Long but she does not reside there. Media reports indicate that her eldest son, Massai Dorsey II, lives at the Hollywood Hills home. Dorsey II was present at the scene following the incident and was observed coordinating with law enforcement.

Long, known for her roles in films such as "Boyz n the Hood" and "Friday," as well as "The Best Man" franchise, played Katherine Jackson in the 2026 biopic "Michael."
