An Australian man who operated one of the country's largest darknet drug businesses from his parents' home has been apprehended.

Benjamin Sheppard, a man who was reportedly struggling financially and living with his parents, has been arrested for building a significant darknet drug empire. The operation, believed to be one of Australia's largest of its kind, was reportedly managed from Sheppard's bedroom.
Authorities infiltrated Sheppard's online enterprise, which dealt in substances such as MDMA and ketamine, and accepted Bitcoin as payment. Police seized a substantial amount of illicit drugs, including crystal substances, pills, and what appeared to be LSD strips. They also confiscated mixing equipment, a digital scale, and approximately $10,000 in cash.
