MAGA podcaster Katie Miller, wife of former Trump White House official Stephen Miller, faced significant backlash Sunday for her reaction to President Joe Biden's tribute to the late Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.).
Graham died this weekend at the age of 71. Following the news, Biden shared a message on X, formerly Twitter, expressing his shock and recalling his long history with Graham. Biden mentioned their years serving together in the Senate, their travels as members of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and the political disagreements they encountered.
In response to Biden's post, Miller wrote, “Did your staff write this?”
The remark was widely criticized as inappropriate. Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) responded to Miller's comment, writing, “What the fuck is your problem. Good god.” He further stated in a separate post, “What a complete empty husk of a soul.” Other commentators also voiced strong disapproval of Miller's statement.
