MAFS UK star Holly Ditchfield has shared the heartbreaking news that her premature twins, Georgie and Marley, died just nine days after birth. Ditchfield, 31, gave birth at 23 weeks, with her sons weighing 1lb 1oz and 1lb 2oz respectively. They were born on August 26.

Ditchfield announced on Instagram that Georgie passed away on September 3 at 1 p.m., followed by his brother Marley at 5 a.m. on September 4. Both twins died in the arms of Ditchfield and her partner, Aaron Summers.

"My boys both took their final breaths in the arms of me and their daddy," Ditchfield wrote on social media. "There is no greater privilege, and no greater pain, than holding your children as they leave this world."

She described the nine days with her sons as the "hardest, most heartbreaking, yet most magical" of her life. "They gave us the most precious week of our lives," she stated. "A week I would live over and over again, just to have those moments with them."

Ditchfield expressed her deep grief, stating, "I’m struggling to find the words, struggling to process everything and struggling to accept that this is actually our reality." She added, "There are no words for the pain we are feeling right now... My heart feels completely bruised."

She thanked fans for their support and messages, explaining her delay in replying was due to her struggle to cope. "Please don’t think for a moment that your messages have been ignored," she wrote. "I have read so many of them, but I honestly just don’t know what to say."

Ditchfield and Summers are requesting privacy as they navigate their grief. "Please, I ask everyone to respect how incredibly difficult this is for me and Aaron right now," she said. "We are trying to process a pain no parent should ever have to know."

Holly Ditchfield appeared on Married At First Sight UK in 2024. She has two older children from a previous relationship, and Aaron Summers has three children. The couple began dating in early 2025.
