Made in Chelsea Star Lucy Watson Showcases Postpartum Figure
The reality TV personality shared photos in lingerie just four weeks after welcoming her second child.
Made in Chelsea star Lucy Watson recently shared a glimpse of her postpartum figure, posing in lingerie on Instagram four weeks after the birth of her second child. Watson showcased items from her own brand, RENUE The Label, including a brown bralette and matching underwear, as well as a black nursing bra and leggings.
She also shared a photo of herself breastfeeding her newborn daughter, Blair. Watson welcomed Blair with husband James Dunmore last month. The couple also has a two-year-old son, Willoughby.
Watson commented on her postpartum experience, writing, "4 weeks of breastfeeding Blair, and basically living in my own @renuethelabel nursing bras & underwear. would be slightly awkward if they weren’t good, but thankfully we’ve nailed it." She added that significant planning and testing went into the creation of the nursing bras and underwear, noting that wearing them day and night served as a reminder of the product's quality. She concluded by expressing pride in her brand and celebrating women's bodies.
Previously, Watson had announced the birth of her daughter Blair in a social media post. She shared images of the baby, captioning them with "and then there were 4…". An accompanying photo showed Willoughby kissing his baby sister's head.
In the weeks leading up to Blair's birth, Watson had shared photos of her baby bump, joking about the lack of space and posing in loungewear. Earlier in the summer, she revealed the baby's gender, sharing photos from a family holiday that indicated she was expecting a girl. She posted a picture cradling her bump alongside Willoughby, writing, "We can't wait to meet you."
Watson announced her second pregnancy in April, sharing the news on Instagram and thanking Clearblue for the moment of clarity. She met her husband James on Made in Chelsea in 2015, and they married six years later in Greece. Their first child, Willoughby, was born in 2024.
In a past appearance on the Happy Mum Happy Baby podcast, Watson discussed her journey to conceive her first child, Willoughby. She expressed surprise at the time it took, noting that she had anticipated getting pregnant sooner. She recounted that among her friends, there was a mix of easy pregnancies and those who struggled with fertility. Watson mentioned she was proactive in seeking fertility testing after six months of trying to conceive, describing the process as invasive and anxiety-inducing. She reflected that despite the difficulties, her journey ultimately resulted in a positive outcome.
She first announced her pregnancy with their first child in September 2023, sharing a photo of her baby bump during a holiday. At the time, she referred to their expected child as their "little miracle" after a three-year struggle to conceive. Watson announced the birth of her son in February 2024, sharing a black-and-white photo with her husband and the newborn. Her sister Tiffany Watson also congratulated her on the arrival of her nephew.
