Luke Wilson's girlfriend, Kendall Yates, was seen with their newborn for the first time on Thursday. The 24-year-old model was photographed on a walk in Los Angeles with the infant in a stroller, clad in a blue striped button-up dress.
That same evening, Wilson, 54, attended the Los Angeles premiere for his new Netflix comedy series, "The Hawk," in Westwood, California. He was pictured in a hunter green coat over a green button-up shirt with khaki pants. Wilson posed with castmates including Will Ferrell, Molly Shannon, Fortune Feimster, and Jimmy Tatro at the screening.
It was revealed this week that Wilson has become a first-time father. He has been in a relationship with Yates for over three years, according to reports. The couple made their first public outing with their child at a press reception for "The Hawk" in Newport Beach, California, on Tuesday, where they reportedly introduced the newborn to guests and castmates.
Wilson and Yates were last seen together in April, at which time Yates appeared to be visibly pregnant, though the couple had not publicly confirmed the pregnancy. They made their sole public appearance together in June 2024 at the Los Angeles premiere of "Horizon: An American Saga - Chapter 1."
Wilson, known for his roles in "Old School," "Legally Blonde," and "The Royal Tenenbaums," has previously spoken about his desire to become a father. In a 2019 interview, he expressed readiness for fatherhood, and by 2021, he was contemplating the effects of aging, telling People magazine that he was beginning to understand the term "midlife crisis."
