Luke Combs Opens Massive Seven-Bar Honky-Tonk on Las Vegas Strip
Country superstar Luke Combs launches his 'Category 10' venue at the Flamingo Las Vegas, featuring multiple bars and stages.

Country music star Luke Combs is expanding his presence in Las Vegas with the opening of his massive honky-tonk, Category 10, located at the Flamingo Las Vegas. The venue, which officially opens its doors on October 15, transforms the former Margaritaville space into a three-story entertainment complex.
Category 10 boasts seven distinct bars, two stages, and a capacity for 800 patrons. The establishment aims to provide a comprehensive country music experience on the iconic Las Vegas Strip. The opening positions Combs' venue in close proximity to Blake Shelton's Ole Red honky-tonk, which debuted in 2024.
The honky-tonk features several unique areas, including a 3,000-square-foot open-air rooftop space called "The Eye." Additionally, a "Hurricane Bar" offers views of the Linq Promenade, and "The Still" lounge will focus on premium bourbon selections reportedly curated by Combs himself. A specialized "Beautiful Crazy Women’s Lounge" is also included, complete with vanity mirrors and a champagne bar.
Menu offerings at Category 10 will feature Southern comfort food inspired by Combs' North Carolina roots, including Carolina smoked ribs, a fried chicken sandwich, and barbecue chicken flatbreads. The venue is expected to draw crowds, particularly with the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo scheduled for December in Las Vegas.
Category 10 is operated by Opry Entertainment Group, which also backs Ole Red. Combs expressed his commitment to the venue, stating earlier this year, "I care a lot about this, it has my name on it and so I feel responsible for what happens when you walk in those doors. It’s a place that’s cared about, it’s a place that wants you to be there and it’s a place that wants you to come back."
This Las Vegas location follows the opening of a Category 10 in Nashville, with a third venue slated to open in Orlando in late 2027. The expansion signifies a growing trend of country music venues establishing a significant presence in entertainment hubs like Las Vegas.
