Love Island newlyweds Molly Smith and Tom Clare are feeling the pressure as their Mallorca wedding approaches. The couple, who recently tied the knot in a legal ceremony at Manchester's Stockport Town Hall, admitted to experiencing some "wobbles" during the final stages of planning for their upcoming vows in Spain.

Speaking to The Daily Mail, Smith shared that the stress stems from last-minute details, including invoices and inquiries from guests. "It's got to the stressful part, just because we're weeks out and only because it's invoices being sent and all the last bits that you start to panic about," she said. Clare echoed these sentiments, adding, "We just want it all to be perfect, but like you said, there's just like little bits, people asking silly questions."

Their legal ceremony in Manchester was followed by a celebration at The Ivy, which reportedly became unexpectedly boisterous. "It started like so calm and classic. And then by the end of it, Casey was in a heap on the floor. We were on the tables dancing," Smith recalled, referring to their best man, Casey O'Gorman. Clare added, "As soon as the door shut, everyone just seemed to go mental!"

Molly Smith and Tom Clare met on the first series of Love Island: All Stars in 2024 and became engaged in September after Clare proposed during a trip to Dubai. While Smith found her legal wedding attire with relative ease, choosing the first dress she tried on, she anticipated a longer search for her main wedding dress.

"Everyone used to say, 'oh, then it's the first dress you try on,' and I was like, 'it's not going to be,'" Smith said, recounting how her mother was initially concerned given Smith's past experiences choosing prom dresses. However, after trying on several options for her Mallorca ceremony, she ultimately returned to the first dress. "My mum cried, I welled up a bit, Sophie was a bit teary, but I fought it because I thought, 'it can't be, it's because it's the first dress I've ever been in, the first one my Mum's seen me in.'"

The couple attributes their successful relationship outside the Love Island villa to "good communication," shared interests, and a similar sense of humor.

Following their wedding in Spain, Smith and Clare plan to stay an extra few days in Mallorca to savor the experience before heading off on a minimoon, although specific plans for the latter are still undecided.
