Documentary filmmaker Louis Theroux was a notable attendee at the Esquire Better Men Honours event in London on Wednesday night, where he was seen alongside Hollywood actors Tom Hiddleston and Taron Egerton.

The event, held at the Dante Restaurant in Claridge's Hotel, also saw the presence of other notable figures from the entertainment industry, including Ashley Walters, Aaron Pierre, Sam Claflin, and Joseph Fiennes.

Theroux, known for his in-depth documentaries, opted for a classic ensemble of a black jacket, trousers, white shirt, and tie for the occasion. He was photographed striking a thoughtful pose.

The gathering also included influencers Grace Campbell and Munroe Bergdorf.

In recent comments made on Katherine Ryan's podcast, "What's My Age Again," Theroux discussed his fitness routine, revealing that he follows Joe Wicks' exercise plan daily. He mentioned using the Wicks app and believes it contributes to his physical well-being, humorously noting he might "look a little better with [his] clothes off."

Despite his commitment to exercise, Theroux admitted to enjoying alcoholic beverages and even the subsequent hangovers, describing the experience as a cyclical process of feeling unwell and then recovering.

He also touched upon his past habits, including using cannabis as a sleep aid during his late teens and twenties.

Theroux has previously shared his engagement with Joe Wicks' workouts, including a shirtless social media post in 2021 during lockdown, emphasizing the importance of physical and mental health. He also participated in an ice bath challenge with Wicks a year later, showcasing his willingness to push physical boundaries.
