Lisa Snowdon has confirmed the end of her 12-year relationship with fiancé George Smart, telling the Daily Mail that she is embracing her "second act" and feeling optimistic about the future.

"I'm feeling strong. I'm feeling happy. I'm feeling excited about what the future is," the presenter and model, 54, stated. She explained that the split was not due to age but because "people change. We both changed. You grow apart. That's what happened." Snowdon added that she is excited about what her future holds.

Over the years, Snowdon has been linked to several notable figures. She dated male supermodel Paul Sculfor for two years in the 1990s after they first met on a photo shoot in 1992. Although they split in 1998, they have remained amicable, with Sculfor attending the launch for her book in 2023.

Perhaps her most high-profile relationship was with actor George Clooney. The pair dated for five years after meeting on the set of a Martini advert in 2000. Snowdon reflected that their relationship ultimately ended due to distance, as neither was willing to relocate permanently. "George was charming, a really nice man, good fun and we had a great time," she recalled. "It was quite wild."

Snowdon also had a romance with "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" star Gary Dourdan, which began in 2002. They split after a year due to distance, and a brief attempt to rekindle their relationship in 2007 also proved unsuccessful.

In 2006, Little Britain star David Walliams revealed a brief romance with a mystery woman, later confirmed to be Snowdon. She clarified that while they had a few dates, they never slept together and maintained a platonic friendship.

Snowdon's relationship with footballer Jay Bothroyd, from 2010 to 2011, was controversial. It later emerged that Bothroyd was still married when they dated. A representative for Bothroyd stated that he and his wife were separated at the time he met Snowdon.

Her relationship with actor Adereti Monney, from 2014 to 2015, was described as turbulent. Monney admitted to assault by beating after an incident, though a spokesperson stated that Snowdon did not wish to press charges and the couple had moved on. The relationship eventually ended, with an insider suggesting they realized they wanted different things.

Snowdon and George Smart first dated 20 years ago, reconnected in 2014, and became engaged in 2016. In March 2025, Snowdon had expressed no rush to marry, stating that she had never had a vision of walking down the aisle and was relaxed about the possibility of marriage.

She recently confirmed the end of their 12-year romance, indicating a desire for new beginnings. "People change and now what's going to be my future, you know? It's just quite exciting," she said.
