Television presenter Lisa Snowdon has described feeling "stronger mentally" after participating in a wellness retreat in Bali. Snowdon, 54, retreated to the Indonesian island for a yoga and pilates program following her separation from fiancé George Smart.

In a social media update as her trip concluded, Snowdon shared highlights of her time, emphasizing the importance of connection and self-reflection during her stay. "Wellness, for me, has never been about perfection. It’s about connection," she wrote, noting the impact of conversations, physical movement, and "a good old cry."

She expressed gratitude for the retreat's organizers and the community formed during the experience. "I am feeling stronger mentally and physically and it’s not over yet!" Snowdon declared in her post.

Snowdon and entrepreneur George Smart were engaged for ten years. Recent weeks have seen Snowdon without her engagement ring in public appearances, and Smart has not featured on her social media since January. The couple had a brief relationship two decades prior, reconnecting in 2014 and becoming engaged in 2016. Snowdon had previously indicated no immediate plans for marriage during their long-term relationship.

Over the summer, Snowdon was observed engaging in solo activities and outings with family and friends, with some followers noting Smart's absence from her social media posts. A previous gallery of pictures from Wimbledon also did not include him.

In a separate interview, Snowdon described her current phase of life at 54 as a "new chapter," emphasizing the importance of a positive perspective on aging. She stated that this period allows for a reconnection with oneself and the consideration of significant life changes. "It's the second spring," she remarked.

Looking ahead, Snowdon has expressed a desire for another major television presenting role, though she was not offered a hosting position on "Strictly Come Dancing."

She ended her post by declaring: 'I am feeling stronger mentally and physically and it’s not over yet!'
