Lisa Snowdon is reportedly spending time in Sri Lanka following a split from her fiancé, George Smart. The 54-year-old television presenter shared updates from her trip, including images of herself in a bikini.
Snowdon posted photos from her travels, which included relaxing by a pool and enjoying dinners out. She captioned one post, "The story so far here in Sri Lanka. Birthdays, best friend and a couple of beers thrown in… Stunning stay at @greenescapes.srilanka." The presenter also shared images from a wellness retreat in Bali earlier in the month.
She recently spoke about her experiences in Bali, stating, "wellness, for me, has never been about perfection. It's about connection." She added that she is "feeling stronger mentally and physically." Snowdon has not publicly commented on the separation from Smart.
The couple became engaged in 2016 after reconnecting in 2014, having briefly dated 20 years prior. Snowdon had previously indicated she was in no rush to marry. Concerns about the couple's relationship status grew as Smart's absence from her social media became noticeable in recent months, with his last appearance on her platform being in January. Snowdon has not been seen wearing her engagement ring in recent weeks.
In a separate interview, Snowdon described her current life stage as a "new chapter," emphasizing the importance of a positive outlook on aging. She expressed a desire for a "big TV presenting gig" in her future career.
