Lisa Rinna recently appeared at the Television Academy's Televerse Festival, where she addressed speculation about a potential return to "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" (RHOBH). The 63-year-old actress, whose distinctive lips are a hallmark of her public image, stated that she has moved on from the show and has no immediate plans to rejoin.

"We don't need that, no. I think some things in life, there is always a time to move on and I did that, so I move on and that has been the beauty of my career," Rinna told the Daily Mail. She expressed a desire to focus on new projects, including a potential return to Broadway. "I want to play Oh, Mary! I want to be Oh, Mary! on Broadway. That's what I want to do," she said, recalling her past experience in a Broadway production of "Chicago" 20 years prior.

Rinna also indicated interest in starring in limited series, citing examples like "Severance" and "The White Lotus." She shared that she is open to whatever opportunities the future may bring. Producers of RHOBH, according to a network insider cited by the Daily Mail, also reportedly have no interest in bringing Rinna back, as the show is reportedly performing well with Rachel Zoe as a cast member.

Despite her departure from RHOBH in 2022, Rinna has remained active in television and film. She has appeared in "American Horror Stories," "So Help Me Todd," "Lopez vs Lopez," and "Running Point." Her comedic disaster film "Stop! That! Train!" was released in theaters in June.

Her recent endeavors also include a role on the Peacock competition series "The Traitors," which is nominated for multiple Emmy Awards. Rinna also published her memoir, "You Better Believe I'm Gonna Talk About It," which became a New York Times bestseller. In the book, she detailed a past cosmetic procedure that resulted in a significantly swollen face, which she described as a "freakish" reaction. The incident occurred shortly before the 2024 Fashion Trust Awards, where photos of her altered appearance went viral.

Rinna explained that an esthetician had recommended an injectable 'skin booster' called SKINVIVE, promising a glow without adding volume. However, after the procedure, which targeted her cheeks, her face swelled considerably. This reaction, combined with recent Botox injections for TMJ, led to what she perceived as a "freakish" appearance. She sought immediate dermatological help to reverse the effects, which subsided within days, though she described the experience as "traumatizing" due to public criticism.

Rinna has since reconciled with Bravo executive Andy Cohen and continues to explore diverse career paths. Her memoir also revealed candid details about her experiences in the entertainment industry and personal life. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 63, oozed Gothic glamor in a black puffball skirt and sheer mesh top with a puffy black leather jacket over the top Rinna told the Daily Mail that she's hoping to star on Broadway again or to act in a limited series
