Lisa Barlow, a star of "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City," has broken her silence regarding reports of separations between her castmates Angie Katsanevas and Whitney Rose and their respective husbands.
Speaking to Page Six's "Virtual Reali-Tea" at the premiere of "Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th," Barlow stated, "No one on my cast is getting divorced yet." She added that separation presents a "window to either repair or cause more damage," emphasizing that it is a choice.
Multiple sources reported in July that Katsanevas, 52, and her husband Shawn Trujillo, 55, had separated after 27 years of marriage. The couple, married since June 1999, share a 15-year-old daughter and co-own the Lunatic Fringe Salon.
Shortly after news of Katsanevas's separation emerged, it was reported that Whitney Rose, 39, and her husband Justin Rose, 58, had also begun "living separate lives." Sources indicated that while some consider them fully separated, another insider suggested they were "existing" as a couple for their children's sake. Whitney and Justin have a 16-year-old daughter and a 13-year-old son.
Barlow, who has had public disagreements with both Katsanevas and Rose, expressed support for her colleagues. "We support our friends, colleagues, anybody in [finding] positivity around their life," Barlow said. "So, whatever those positive changes are, we’re supportive."
Barlow also reflected on her own marriage to John Barlow. Despite acknowledging "really hard" moments shared on camera, she stated that reviewing those scenes has encouraged the couple to engage in "different conversations" to strengthen their relationship. Barlow recently celebrated her 23rd wedding anniversary and 25 years together with her husband.
