Lindsay Clancy is experiencing feelings of nervousness and fear as the jury continues its deliberations in her murder trial, her defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, told reporters. The jury concluded its first day of deliberations on Thursday after nearly four hours of discussion.

Judge William Sullivan dismissed the jury for the day, instructing them to return Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. to continue their decision-making process. The prosecution's case asserts that Clancy was fully in control when she allegedly strangled her three children in 2023. Conversely, Clancy's defense team argues that she was overmedicated and suffering from a psychotic break at the time of the incident. Should Clancy be found not criminally liable, she would be committed to a psychiatric facility.
