Lindsay Clancy's attorney is seeking a pardon from former President Donald Trump following a mistrial in her case. Clancy is charged with three counts of murder in connection with the deaths of her children.

Clancy's lawyer, Kevin Reddington, made the public appeal on Tuesday during an interview on "Good Morning America." He expressed hope for an agreement between the defense and the district attorney after a jury was unable to reach a verdict in Clancy's trial last week. The trial ended in a mistrial on September 4, after over a week of jury deliberations.

Clancy pleaded not guilty to charges of murdering her 5-year-old daughter Cora, 3-year-old son Dawson, and infant son Callan. The children died at the family's home in Duxbury, Massachusetts, on January 24, 2023.
