Lily Allen recently shared a rare photograph of her teenage daughters, Ethel, 14, and Marnie, 13, on a private flight after the Scandi Festival. The image captured the sisters wearing matching red hoodies as they traveled with their mother on an Air Charters Europe flight.

These rare glimpses of Allen's daughters, whom she shares with ex-husband Sam Cooper, come as the singer has been candid about the significant adjustments her family has faced. Allen revealed on her podcast, 'Miss Me?', that her daughters are finding it challenging to readjust after their relocation back to the UK from New York.

She described the current period as one of considerable change for her children, noting shifts in houses, countries, and schools. Allen also touched on her daughters developing their own distinct personalities and grappling with new ideas, including those related to her public persona and her career.

Allen detailed her own tumultuous last year, which included finishing an album, undergoing a boob job, experiencing a nervous breakdown, and a hospital stay. She also performed a demanding role in a West End play for seven weeks. She explained that her return to being a single mother who must work and travel extensively has been a significant adjustment for the family, even though the children understand the necessity for financial stability and a comfortable lifestyle.

"My kids are f[redacted] mental at the moment... They are really developing their personalities. It's just a lot. There's a lot of questions," Allen stated on her podcast. "There's a lot of change in our lives at the moment. We've changed houses, we've changed countries, we've changed schools, and it's a lot."

Allen observed changes in her youngest daughter's accent, noting a shift from a New York cadence to a British one, which she likened to that of Princess Margaret. "Literally six months ago, she was like, [puts on a New York accent] 'What? No...'. And now it's like a completely different person," Allen commented.

Allen's personal life has undergone notable changes, including the end of her four-year marriage to David Harbour. Following the separation, she sought treatment at a mental health facility, emphasizing her commitment to being a strong presence for her daughters. She mentioned maintaining a distance from her ex-husband's relationships with her children, stating, "I stay out of it. They've both got phones. They all text each other."

Earlier in her career, Allen also shared images of herself during soundcheck, sporting a pink off-the-shoulder corset and jeans. She also posted photos of herself playing cards with her crew and watching the World Cup backstage at a gig, accompanied by the caption: "ScandiFestivalManchesterDublinWorldCupDump."
