Model Leomie Anderson, who made her Victoria's Secret fashion show debut at 22, has shared insights into her approach to wellness and personal style. Anderson, 33, was scouted at age 14 in London and began her professional modeling career at 17 with Marc Jacobs.

Anderson advocates for a balanced lifestyle, stating she does not adhere to fad diets. "I think that it is all about just maintaining a balanced diet," she told the Daily Mail. "I never deny myself anything that I want to eat." She believes in enjoying all aspects of her career, which she feels would be diminished by restriction.

Recently diagnosed with endometriosis, Anderson has explored dietary and fitness adjustments to manage her symptoms. "Having a lot of ginger and stuff in your diet is key," she noted. "Juices or ginger shots are really good for inflammation, which in turn can help reduce the pain."

She also highlighted the benefits of regular sauna use as part of her balanced lifestyle. Anderson mentioned she was officially diagnosed with endometriosis this year, despite seeking medical attention since she was 15. This experience has led her to emphasize the importance of women discussing the condition more openly and advocating for themselves.

Regarding skincare, Anderson utilizes micro-needling treatments at CULTSKIN in Esher Clinic. She finds micro-needling beneficial for addressing pigmentation, improving skin texture, and helping with breakouts, recommending it for those with skin concerns or scarring.

Anderson approaches exercise without undue stress, fitting in activities like Pilates classes when her schedule permits. She noted that she had not been to the gym for three weeks to a month due to travel commitments. While she enjoys various workouts, including Pilates, HIIT, and cardio, she emphasizes not forcing exercise into her schedule if it's not feasible.

In her role as an avid traveler, Anderson has partnered with Clearpay to highlight airport fashion trends. She suggests that comfort and personal style are key when traveling. "My go-to look is classic comfort - jeans and vest, dressed up with a stylish jacket," she said. "What’s most important is to wear what you want. If you feel great in the outfit you’re travelling in, you’re going to enjoy your trip from the moment it starts."
