A video clip of LeBron James missing multiple shots during an offseason pickup game has gained significant attention on social media. The footage, extracted from a longer YouTube video, shows the new Philadelphia 76ers player struggling with several jump shots and hitting the side of the backboard.
The clip has circulated widely, drawing commentary from social media users. While the viral segment focuses solely on James' missed attempts, the full-hour-long video also features several successful plays.
James, 41, joined the 76ers this summer after eight seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers. His free agency decision was a significant storyline, with the 76ers now considered championship contenders with his addition. This recent footage, however, has led some fans to reconsider their expectations.
