Lay's Unveils Holiday-Themed Potato Chip Flavors, Including Turkey and Maple Bacon

Lay's is set to release a new lineup of holiday-themed potato chip flavors later this fall, offering a mix of savory and sweet options. The brand, owned by PepsiCo, will introduce two new flavors on October 25: Cheddar Scalloped-Style Potatoes and Roasted Holiday Turkey. A countdown clock for these releases is available on the company's website.

In addition to these savory options, Lay's will also launch Maple Bacon chips on November 8, combining sweet maple with smoky bacon. This flavor marks its debut in the U.S. market.

Pepsi is also introducing a new beverage to complement the snack releases: Vanilla & Cream soda. Available in both Original and Zero Sugar varieties, the soda aims to offer a sweet and smooth flavor profile.

"Pepsi has always known how to make great-tasting cola even more exciting, and our newest flavors are the latest example," said Gustavo Reyna, vice president of marketing at Pepsi, in a press release. "If you’re looking to indulge in a little treat this season, Pepsi Vanilla & Cream brings rich vanilla and smooth cream flavors to the unmistakable taste of Pepsi for something that feels nostalgic, new and undeniably delicious."

Later in the year, Lay's will introduce two chocolate-covered chip flavors in December: Wavy Milk Chocolate and Wavy Dubai-Style Dark Chocolate. These will initially be available at select retailers starting December 1, with wider distribution planned for 2027.

• Lay’s Roasted Holiday Turkey: A roasted turkey and gravy taste.
• Lay’s Maple Bacon: A balance of sweet maple and smoky bacon.
• Lay’s Wavy Milk Chocolate: Milk chocolate-covered potato chips.
• Lay’s Wavy Dubai-Style Dark Chocolate: Dark chocolate and pistachio-covered chips.
