Lauren Goodger Unveils Significant Weight Loss, Embraces Natural Aesthetic

Lauren Goodger recently revealed a 2.5-stone weight loss, showcasing her slimmer figure during an evening out at a Versace-themed restaurant in Brentwood. The 40-year-old former star of The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE) dined at Saints At The Tower Arms with co-stars Junaid Ahmed, Joe Blackman, Ella Rae Wise, and Jonnie Gurie.

Goodger opted for a plunging black bodysuit paired with satin trousers, accessorized with a designer Hermes handbag and high heels. She shared her experience on social media, captioning her post: "Dinner with friends @saintsatthetowerarms, if your looking for good vibes and stunning food then get booking. Beautiful decor I couldn’t stop having pics haha."

Her weight loss comes after a conscious shift in her diet and fitness regimen. Goodger stated that she has been attending Pilates and swimming sessions, while also adopting a "clean" eating plan that she finds enjoyable. "I even have chicken for breakfast these days," she told the Daily Mail. She also noted that doctors had expressed concern about her low blood sugar levels, leading her to eat small, frequent meals instead of fasting.

Goodger, who first gained fame on TOWIE in 2010, has spoken openly about past regrets regarding cosmetic surgery. She is currently on a journey to embrace a more natural look and has expressed feeling "really good about herself" following the removal of her Brazilian Bum Lift. She is also preparing to have her breast implants removed.

"I know I'll never look like I did 20 years ago, but the curvy look just isn't for me anymore. I want to be more high fashion," Goodger reflected. She acknowledged that in her younger years, she felt influenced by trends and external opinions, leading to procedures she now questions. "I wish I didn't have so much done so young," she admitted, referencing the pressure to alter her appearance and the availability of free cosmetic procedures. She recalled wanting larger breasts and a bigger bum, undergoing two Brazilian Bum Lifts where fat was transferred from other areas of her body.

Goodger also shared details about getting veneers for her teeth, a decision prompted by seeing unflattering photographs where shadows made her teeth appear irregular. "It was silly," she stated, recognizing that she was a size 8 at the time and not overweight. She aims to be a positive role model for her daughter, Larose, emphasizing the importance of self-acceptance.

"Things will be different for Larose," she said, "Larose is going to be filled with love and confidence, and told that she’s amazing just as she is."
