Lauren Goodger Hits the Gym Ahead of Birthday Celebrations
The TOWIE star shared a selfie en route to a reformer Pilates class, after recently celebrating her 40th birthday.
TOWIE star Lauren Goodger was spotted heading to a reformer Pilates class in Essex on Monday. The 40-year-old reality personality shared a selfie on Instagram wearing a low-cut black gym top and matching leggings, showcasing her attire for the workout.
Goodger described the class as her "happy place" in a social media post. She also posted a mirror selfie before leaving for the session, with her hair down and wearing a cropped black hoodie.
This fitness outing follows recent birthday celebrations for Goodger, who turned 40 earlier in September. Last month, she attended a night out at Sheesh restaurant in a black lace corset top. She previously shared her aspirations for another child during an episode of TOWIE, following the death of her newborn daughter Lorena and two miscarriages.
Goodger gave birth to her second daughter in July 2022, but the baby died shortly after birth. She also has a daughter, Larose, with ex-partner Charlie Drury. Goodger and Drury experienced two further miscarriages after Lorena's death.
In an August episode of TOWIE, Goodger expressed her desire for another child while attending a baby-blessing ceremony for co-star Sophie Kasaei, who welcomed a baby boy named Brody with Jordan Brook earlier this summer. Kasaei offered comfort to Goodger, acknowledging the difficulties she had faced.
