Lauren Goodger recently filmed scenes for the upcoming 37th series of The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE), appearing in a plunging white minidress.
The 39-year-old reality star shared photos on social media, captioning one post, "Still growing, just a little more confident." The outfit, which featured a low neckline, was paired with sunglasses and gold strappy heels. Goodger's fans responded positively in the comments, with remarks such as "Stunning" and "Beautiful."
Goodger's return to TOWIE was in 2024, and she was seen filming a party scene with cast members for the new series.
Her comments about growing confidence come amid past discussions about her body image struggles. Goodger has previously spoken about undergoing a Brazilian bum lift in 2017 and breast augmentation in 2013, which increased her cup size from a 34D to a 34E.
In a 2024 interview on the We Need To Talk podcast, Goodger revealed that the trauma of losing her daughter Lorena had led to weight fluctuations. Lorena passed away minutes after birth in July 2022 due to complications with her umbilical cord. Goodger also has a daughter, Larose, aged four, with ex-partner Charlie Drury.
"I'm up and down in my emotions that's why my body's up and down okay reflection of what I'm going through," she said at the time. "You do feel pressure because you know a lot of people are getting sculpted with surgery."
Goodger is set to release a book titled "Mum Of Two: Love, Loss and My Life on TOWIE," which details the loss of her daughter. In a recent interview, she discussed the period following Lorena's death. She revealed that she and Drury experienced two further miscarriages after Lorena's passing.
Goodger stated that her relationship with Drury was initially sustained by a "trauma bond" after their daughter's death. She described the period as "horrendous," noting that Drury told her he no longer loved her just five days after Lorena died. She also spoke of experiencing panic attacks and suicidal thoughts, indicating that her daughter Larose was her reason for living.
Goodger and Drury eventually separated for good in 2024, though they now co-parent their daughter and are no longer in a "toxic place." She has expressed a desire for another child in the future, considering options such as a sperm donor or adoption if she were single.
