Lara Trump Showcases Fitness Routine in New Activewear Promotion
The former President's daughter-in-law shared insights into her diet and exercise regimen while promoting her clothing line.
Lara Trump recently showcased her physique in a promotional post for her activewear brand, Lara Trump Collection. The images featured Trump, 44, in workout attire, highlighting her toned midriff and biceps.
In late July, Trump discussed her fitness and diet strategies on The Riley Gaines Show. When asked about her physical condition, she stated, "I do a little bit of everything." She emphasized the importance of prioritizing exercise, noting, "My entire life, I've always worked out, I've always prioritized that for myself, even if it's 45 minutes or 30 minutes." Trump added that she often exercises early in the morning to ensure it fits into her schedule.
Trump described her workout routine as varied, including Pilates when her schedule permits. "I try to do a little bit of everything, and I think that keeping your body guessing is always the key," she said. Her training includes activities like triathlons, biking, and weightlifting, and she mentioned enjoying CrossFit. She also noted that she runs less than she used to but still enjoys it when possible.
She encouraged viewers to vary their exercise routines to prevent their bodies from becoming too accustomed to a single type of activity. Trump also shared her early morning workout habit, often starting at 5 a.m., and sometimes even earlier, at 3:45 a.m., if travel demands it. "My goal is to get it in first thing in the morning, and then I don't have to think about it the rest of the day," she explained.
Regarding her diet, Trump acknowledged the challenges of maintaining healthy eating habits while traveling. "You have a very hard time when you're traveling and on the road to maintain some quality of eating, but I really try to prioritize protein," she stated. Her typical breakfast often consists of protein shakes and egg whites. She concluded by advising others to focus on protein intake and weightlifting to achieve physical changes.
