The Los Angeles Lakers have agreed to a four-year, $52 million contract with free agent big man Sandro Mamukelashvili, according to multiple reports. The deal includes a player option for the fourth season.

Mamukelashvili is coming off a career-best season with the Toronto Raptors in 2025-26, where he averaged 11.2 points, 4.9 rebounds, and set personal bests in field goal percentage (52.3%), steals (0.8), and blocks (0.5).

The 6-foot-9, 240-pound forward/center was the 54th overall pick in the 2021 NBA draft. Over his career, playing for the Milwaukee Bucks, San Antonio Spurs, and Raptors, he has developed into a versatile scorer capable of shooting from all levels, a capable passer, and a strong rebounder.

While he has faced some defensive concerns, Mamukelashvili is expected to provide a reliable option off the bench, capable of playing both the power forward and center positions.
