Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky Spotted in Bay Area Months After Welcoming Daughter Rose
The singer and her fiancé enjoyed a low-key outing, four months after welcoming their first child.
Lady Gaga and her fiancé, Michael Polansky, were seen together in the Bay Area on Tuesday, enjoying a casual outing to visit friends. This public appearance comes approximately four months after the couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Rose, via surrogate on June 9.
Gaga, 40, was seen dressed in a floral maxi dress and a brown blazer draped over her shoulders, paired with tan pumps and sunglasses. Polansky was also photographed in a black shirt and gray shorts, holding an iced coffee.
The couple, who have been together since 2019, have reportedly been focused on their new family. A source told Page Six that they are "enjoying their little family bubble" and have begun taking Rose on small outings while maintaining privacy. Following her Mayhem Ball tour, which concluded in April, Gaga had retreated to a private residence in Marin County, California, to nest.
Friends close to the singer have noted a profound shift in her priorities since becoming a mother. "Gaga has always been such a strong, powerful woman, but becoming a mom has brought out this incredibly soft, emotional side of her," a source shared. They added that she is "fiercely protective of her daughter" and aims to provide Rose with a "normal childhood" away from the spotlight.
Gaga has previously spoken about her desire for motherhood. In an October interview on "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert," she referred to motherhood as her "next starring role." She also discussed with Elle the importance of family as roots and the desire for her children to develop their own understanding of her artistry, stating, "allowing our kids to be their own people."
