Lady Gaga and her fiancé, Michael Polansky, have named their newborn daughter Rose Bean Polansky, according to birth certificate records obtained by TMZ. The couple welcomed their first child on June 9 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Page Six confirmed on September 11 that the singer and the entrepreneur had privately welcomed their child, but details were not released at the time. The couple was later photographed stepping out for a walk with their newborn in Northern California.
In the images, Gaga, whose full name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, was seen holding the infant while walking alongside Polansky. A source told People that both Gaga, 40, and Polansky, 42, have taken time off from work this summer to be with their baby and that they "both beam when they talk about being parents."
Gaga had largely remained out of the public eye since concluding her Mayhem Ball tour in April. She and Polansky began dating in 2019 and announced their engagement in 2024. Gaga previously expressed her desire to become a mother, telling Rolling Stone in November 2025, "Being a mom is the thing I want the most."
