Lady Amelia Spencer Shares Photos From Croatian Getaway

Lady Amelia Spencer has shared a glimpse into her recent romantic getaway in Croatia with her husband, Greg Mallet. Spencer, 34, posted a collection of sun-soaked pictures and videos on her Instagram account, documenting their trip.

In the posts, captioned "chasing the sun," Spencer is seen in a blue bikini by clear blue water. The couple also shared a video of themselves kissing at sunset. Other images showed Spencer enjoying an Aperol spritz and playing chess, while Mallet was pictured topless on Banje Beach in Dubrovnik. The couple was also shown kayaking and swimming.

Spencer, the niece of Princess Diana, married Mallet, a personal trainer, in March 2023. The couple met in 2009 while studying at the University of Cape Town. They relocated from South Africa to London in 2021.

This trip to Croatia follows recent travel to Sardinia and Puglia. The posts come after controversy surrounding her father, Earl Spencer's, memoir, which included claims about King Charles's remarks following Princess Diana's death. Buckingham Palace responded to the memoir by stating that grief can affect judgment and memory.

Lady Amelia and her twin sister, Lady Eliza, have pursued careers in modeling after signing with Storm Management. They have appeared on magazine covers and walked in fashion shows. Before modeling, Amelia worked as a wedding planner and Eliza studied interior design. Both sisters are ambassadors for the Little Princess Trust and represent the jewelry brand Boodles.

Mallet proposed to Spencer in August 2020, presenting her with a series of boxes containing photos of their "first times" together, culminating in a proposal note. Spencer married Mallet at La Cotte Farm in South Africa. Greg Mallet shared on Instagram that he asked the love of his life to spend the rest of her life with him, and she said YES. He said that he couldn't be happier and that he loves Amelia with all his heart.
