Lachie Neale and Ex-Wife Jules Neale Get New Tattoos on Same Day

Lachie Neale and his ex-wife Jules Neale each visited a tattoo shop in the past week, with both receiving new ink on the same day. Jules opted for a fine-line rose on her upper arm, while Lachie updated his existing Brisbane Lions tribute by adding the years '2025' and '2026' under his '2024' tattoo, signifying his club's three premierships.

Jules, who was in Perth, shared a video of her new tattoo, initially joking about a "midlife crisis tattoo." She explained that she and her brother got matching rose tattoos, symbolizing "growing through life together." She expressed satisfaction with the placement and design, noting she had already booked another tattoo session.

This comes after Jules underwent laser removal for a tattoo she had dedicated to her ex-husband. In June, she took steps to move on from their marriage, returning to Perth to find a new home and restart her career as a hairdresser. The tattoo removal marks another step in her moving on from their broken marriage.

Jules and Lachie, 33, separated in November 2025. They share two children, daughter Piper, four, and son Freddie, one. The couple met when Lachie played for the Fremantle Dockers before transferring to the Queensland team in 2019. Lachie has since moved on with his new girlfriend, Emma Field, 29, and has been seen with her at public events, including after the Lions' 2026 AFL Grand Final win.
