Lachie Neale and his new girlfriend Emma Field have continued to display their public romance, with Neale's affectionate pet name for Field now revealed as 'Effy x'. The couple has been seen together in a series of increasingly public outings.
Field recently shared a collection of photos on social media documenting their time together. One image captured the Brisbane Lions star in his 2026 AFL Grand Final jersey embracing Field at the MCG. Another photo showed the pair walking together in a garden.
Field captioned the photos, "A very fun couple of weeks." Neale responded in the comments section, revealing his pet name for his new partner.
The couple's recent appearances include arriving together at Brisbane Airport after the Brisbane Lions' 2026 AFL Grand Final victory. Field wore an all-black ensemble, including a fitted blouse and jeans, while Neale was dressed casually in a football jersey and shorts, with a hoodie.
Earlier, Field showed her support for Neale at the 2026 AFL Grand Final, wearing a jacket with his name and jersey number. She was also seen braving the rain on the morning of the game.
Neale had initially faced a one-match suspension for striking Hawthorn's Jack Ginnivan during a preliminary final, but Brisbane successfully appealed the decision, securing his place in the Grand Final. The two-time Brownlow medallist was seen chatting with Field during the lead-up to the game.
