Lachie Neale and Emma Field Appear Together Amidst Public Scrutiny

AFL player Lachie Neale was observed holding hands with his new girlfriend Emma Field as they traveled through Brisbane Airport. This public display comes as the couple continues to navigate their relationship following Neale's split from his estranged wife, Jules.

Neale, 33, and Field, 29, appeared together at the airport, with Field sporting a burgundy and white T-shirt, white jeans, and sandals. Neale wore a black T-shirt with baggy tracksuit pants. Despite his move to the Collingwood Magpies, Neale was seen carrying a backpack from his former club, the Brisbane Lions.

The couple, who debuted their relationship earlier this year, have made several public appearances. Field accompanied Neale to the Lions' Club Champion dinner, an event he had attended with his estranged wife the previous year. At the dinner, Field wore a low-cut minidress and placed a hand on Neale's thigh.

Neale also has a pet name for Field, revealed on social media as 'Effy x'. The couple's outings have drawn attention as Field establishes herself in the public eye. Neale was with Field after the Lions won the 2026 AFL Grand Final.

Neale and his estranged wife Jules announced their separation in December of the previous year. Jules Neale had claimed betrayal amidst allegations involving her former friend, Tess Crosley. Lachie Neale acknowledged responsibility for the split without providing specific details. He stepped down as Brisbane co-captain in January, apologizing for his behavior. The former couple continue to co-parent their two children, Piper, four, and Freddie, one. Jules Neale has since returned to Perth with their children.
