Kyly Clarke, 44, recently shared an emotional video on Instagram discussing her journey of healing, rebuilding, and finding purpose. The former model and television personality spoke directly to her followers, becoming visibly moved as she explained her motivations for pursuing life coaching.

Clarke described having a realization about her deeper purpose, stating, "I really just want to heal people." She noted that she had never articulated this to herself before in relation to her life coaching endeavors and her efforts to transform others' lives. This realization brought her a sense of pride, independent of the business's success.

"No matter how good this does or doesn't go for me as a business… I'm not here with a mask, I'm just here to help," Clarke stated. She expressed a desire to help others move forward more quickly, finding inspiration in that service. She believes she has found a path aligned with her purpose on this planet, emphasizing the importance of serving others in addition to serving oneself and family.

In the candid video, shared from her lounge room, Clarke expressed that she sometimes questions if she is making the right decisions in life. She concluded the clip by addressing her followers, "From a raw, real human being to another, that's me and that's why I'm here."

This personal reflection follows earlier posts where Clarke discussed overcoming adversity and understanding life's unexpected turns. She previously asked her followers, "Do you ever question if you're doing the right thing with your life? What is the purpose?" and acknowledged the feeling of having to rebuild and heal after life deviates from its planned course.

Clarke and former Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke announced their separation in February 2020, concluding a seven-year marriage. They share a 10-year-old daughter, Kelsey Lee, and remain committed to co-parenting.
