Kylie Jenner shared a glimpse into her latest beauty regimen on Instagram Stories, revealing she underwent a microneedling treatment. The 29-year-old posted a screenshot from a FaceTime call with her sister Kendall Jenner, where her own face was covered in numbing cream and cling wrap.
"I did microneedling today, so this is what our FT looked like today with my numbing cream," Jenner captioned the image. She playfully labeled herself a "crazy girl" in the photo and referred to her sister as a "cutie." Following the post, Jenner shared a brief video of her face, stating, "My skin is already healing so nice."
According to Healthline, microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that uses fine needles to create tiny punctures in the skin, which encourages collagen production. The treatment is said to help improve the appearance of scars, acne, and wrinkles, and may contribute to smoother, firmer skin.
Jenner, founder of Kylie Cosmetics, has become more open about her cosmetic procedures in the past year. In June 2025, she disclosed details about her breast implants, including the size (445 cc), placement, and surgeon, Dr. Garth Fisher. Earlier this week, she stated on a podcast that she desires larger breasts, expressing a wish for them to be "bigger and more out there."
Despite her current desire for augmentation, Jenner indicated that she likely would not pursue another breast surgery before her upcoming 30th birthday on August 10, 2027. Instead, she mentioned considering a belly button piercing with diamonds before the milestone birthday. Jenner has two children, Stormi and Aire, with ex-partner Travis Scott, and is reportedly in a relationship with actor Timothée Chalamet.
