Kylie Jenner provided a look at her extensive home construction project in Hidden Hills, California, in a YouTube video released Sunday. The property, a $15 million lot she purchased six years ago, is envisioned as her "dream house."
Jenner, 29, described the ongoing work as a construction site where she needed to make approvals. The tour showcased various elements of the planned Italian-style residence. Landscaping features include lavender bushes and olive trees, alongside a planned rose garden. The driveway is described as reclaimed cobblestone.
Inside, Jenner showed reclaimed wood flooring and discussed plaster color selections for the main areas. The plans also include a fireplace constructed from old pieces and aged brick for the entryway. The kitchen cabinetry is being prepared for staining.
Additional features previewed include a basement area with a gym and spa, guest bathrooms with stone and vintage tile details, and an outdoor space with a planned fountain and pizza oven. Jenner noted her desire for these amenities for future gatherings.
Jenner expressed her eagerness for the project's completion and to move in, having worked on it for an extended period. She purchased the five-acre property in April 2020, in the same month she acquired a $36.5 million estate in Holmby Hills, California. She stated that information about the build had been circulating online, prompting her to share the progress with fans.
In a previous interview with "Who What Wear," Jenner reflected on a $13.5 million mansion she bought in Beverly Hills in 2018, noting that she felt she had lost some control over her life at that time. She also owns property in Palm Springs, California.
