Kylie Jenner has expanded her Kylie Cosmetics line with the introduction of four new Plumping Matte Lip Kits. These kits feature a combination of the brand's Plumping Powder Matte Lip and Plumping Lip Liner, designed to create a defined, lightweight matte lip with a blurred effect.
Jenner announced the new product line, stating, "This is the perfect duo that contains my favorite formulas, the Plumping Powder Matte Lip and Plumping Lip Liner, in a ready-to-go routine for a plumped, blurred pout. They’re perfect for creating a defined, lightweight matte lip, in iconic shades inspired by the OG lip kits."
The Plumping Matte Lip Kits are available in four color combinations, including shades named after Jenner's original lip kit lineup: Kylie (a soft dusty rose), Candy K (warm pink-nude), Dolce K (taupe-nude), and True Brown K (deep brown).
Each product within the kit is formulated with HotFlux, a patented ingredient that is described as mildly warming and boosts local blood flow to provide an immediate plumping effect. The Plumping Powder Matte Lip offers a cream-to-powder, long-wear formula for a soft matte finish, while the Plumping Lip Liner is designed for up to 24-hour wear with a creamy application.
When purchased as a kit, the products cost $41, representing a $6 saving compared to buying them separately. The launch follows Jenner's return to YouTube with a new makeup tutorial showcasing some of her beauty routines and favorite products.
